LINHARDT’s new sales structure in France is intended to supply the French market even more effectively than before. Philippe Rudowski, the new sales representative, will serve mainly as a contact person for new customers in France. All existing French customers will continue to receive support as usual from the LINHARDT sales team in Germany.A new sales representative is LINHARDT’s means of strengthening their presence in the French market. Philippe Rudowski is a proven expert in the industry and his main tasks will be attracting and advising new customers. Support for our regular customers in France, who have been with us for many years, will remain unchanged in the hands of the LINHARDT sales team based in Viechtach and Hambruecken.
Proven industry expert LINHARDT manager Dr. Monika Kopra-Schaefer is pleased to have gained an industry expert in Philippe Rudowski. "Our new operations manager is French, he knows his country’s culture extremely well, and he also possesses a great deal of industry-specific specialist knowledge." LINHARDT lays particular value on the latter. Rudowski’s experience includes purchasing for a paint manufacturer and managing a tube factory in Spain. "This kind of combination of expertise and management experience is unusual for a trade representative and very positive for us," says Dr. Kopra-Schaefer. And so LINHARDT is underlining their strategy: to focus more on complete expert support through just one contact person. "Our customers don’t want support from us that only serves to open the door for more discussion. Rather, they expect complete, competent advice from the very first conversation on. For some time now, since restructuring, we have offered this at our factory locations - and now with Philippe Rudowski we can do the same for sales operations in France."
Reinforcement for a proven team In future, Philippe Rudowski will mainly be the first contact person for new customers. The goal is to reinforce local service in order to help select the exact product suitable for the customer’s wishes from LINHARDT’s widely varied product range. We deliberately want to aim at attracting middle-sized companies. To preserve continuity, all existing customer contacts in France will continue to receive support from LINHARDT’s sales managers in Germany. This means that Mr. Rudowski has one central task: to increase the capacity of the existing sales team and raise our visibility in the French market. "France is home to many international companies within the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, and is the second most important market in Europe. In our view, this means the region has potential for growth. With our new operations specialist, we are adding new capacities to grow our business in that area," explains Dr. Monika Kopra-Schaefer. |
