Environmental conservation in the small things...
"Last one to leave, put the lights out." At LINHARDT this is more than a reminder of the energy crisis of the 1970’s. Conservation and responsibility for employees go hand in hand at LINHARDT. All our employees take care to notice exactly where conservation can be applied practically. This ranges from the simple "Lights out" to the usual waste sorting and all the way to a competition where all employees were able to enter there ideas for conservation of the environment and resources in their area of work.
...can have great effect
Beyond this, LINHARDT has always seen conservation as an aspect of caring for employees. Cleaning solutions manage today with a fraction of the solvents used in earlier times. Printed and coated tubes and containers, especially plastic ones, are now often hardened under UV light, reducing the use of energy-intensive drying with harmful emissions. Another example from an environmental area is the reduction of noise emissions, like using a special casing over the systems.
"Environmental conservation at LINHARDT has always been firmly connected with taking care of our employees."
